As someone who found running to help my mental health I understand some of the reasons why people pick up running and having a coach to support you and help keep you on track plays a big part in helping improve your performance. I am a big fan of building slowly to help avoid injuries and not make the same mistakes I have made in my own running career.
As a coach and qualified PT I can help you with bespoke running programming, coaching and supplementary strength work where needed. I will offer you 1-1 support and analysis to help improve your technique to become a faster and more efficient runner. Bespoke programming allows me to tailor it around your current schedule and whatever ups and downs life throws at you!
